ANY help appreciated. I would like to use what I bought.
I'm on Windows 7. When I click to download a filter it opens filter forge and window pop up says it is connecting to server and hangs or completely shuts down. I tried setting options to using built in library, won't connect to Internet, even when I am connected. Any help greatly appreciated. I turned off all security. I don't know what else to try. Is there a way to download the filters as images so I at least use in Photoshop? |

THANK YOU so much!
This is what I followed that worked: Reconfigure Filter Forge Options. Found here: Tools > Options > Online tab. Then try one of the following: 1. If you use a proxy server to connect to the Internet, choose the "Use proxy" option in the "Connection settings" area. 2. If you don't use proxy, choose "Direct connection" in the above settings. |

Glad you could fix it
Yes, when new you need to configure some of the options inside FF so it works right. |
