Description
This uses a series of blurs that ultimately filter the colors through its surrounding areas, and multiplies the colors, darkens dark colors, and lightens lighter areas. The colors will be enhanced, where if there is a dull color anywhere, it will be multiplied by itself, as well as other colors around it slightly blending in that color.
