This filter gives an image the look of an impressionist painting like appearance. It is not meant to copy any painting style, but to produce computer art. The background is rough and colored. Spattered paint like texture is distributed around the image. This is an attempt to make a filter that does not mimic an art affect, but produces an original digital style effect.
