In Photoshop CS6 deleted background from original image, put robots on to new layer, added colored background as a separate layer. Opened the stylize filter applied glowing edges, and then the twirl filter to the robots layer.Positioned robots to fit inside main circle. In Filter Forge 10 applied the bubble filter preset 5 to the main circle on colored image.
