Author's comments

Taken while on holiday with Olympus Digital compact camera. Loaded image into Photoshop CS6 selected white rails, opened image in Filter Forge applied crack and polish filter to give effect of scale. Reopened in Filter Forge applied filter jack frost and then applied filter artsy illustration to give the effect of rough sea and rain.
