Author's comments
The original artwork was created using traditional drawing techniques and materials, including pencil, pen & ink and gouache. The drawing was scanned and cleaned up in Photoshop before reworking the image using a set of three FilterForge filters, in order: Squigly, Streaming Tones and Stevie J's SolarArt. The image is part of a series of graphic works included in the 'Grishenko' illustrated novel project (work in progress).
