Author's comments
Photoshop stacked layers, used masks to control brush areas. Used Hdrtist, Rough Study, brush strokes. In photoshop used cutout filter and sent to filter forge, used sprayed strokes. All were stacked using multiply, saturation, overlay, various fill and transparency settings. One curve layer for darks on ballerina.
