I lowered the horizon to make the lighthouse and rock look more imposing. The Simple Spotlight filter is used as a mask on top of a pale yellow layer to make the light beam and yellow windows. I added the stone filter to the lighthouse and used Topaz BuzSim to give the rocks a smooth moonlight effect.
