    Author: Carl. some time ago it changed, right click on the file above, choose save as, you'll have to add .ffxml, save it to your desktop, double click and it will open in FF ;)

  • Filters Will Not Open from Website
    Author: Rachel Duim. Try reinstalling your version of FF. The association that is missing is to file type filterforge with file extenstion ffxml. Reinstalling will not lose any of your previously saved filters or work.

    Author: ThreeDee. I have to save the ffxml files to my computer (save link as...) and open them from there. They open as plain text files if I simply click to download/open.

    Author: GMM. Oh, it crashes hard. Wasn't able to restart FF until I removed the ffxml from My filters. We'll look into this ASAP. Thanks for reporting, ThreeDee, that's a bug point for you.

    Author: GMM. Robin, I'm 99% sure you have a corrupt filter (probably in the 'My Filters' folder). If you eliminate ffxml files one by one you'll eventually remove it and the error shouldn't appear any more.
