  • FFBatchMaster for Mac OS X
Author: SpaceRay. "Tuxmask75 wrote: Aww man ! its only for mac ?! awwww guess im screwed than, lol " There is an alternative Windows version here FFEasyRender 2.0 - GUI based batch renderer for Windows for FF 9.0 (https://www.filterforge.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=15954) It is thought that it works for earlier FF versions and not only FF 9

  • 2.0 teaser?
Author: ronjonnie. "Vladimir Golovin wrote: We're finishing the website preparations and running a batch render of all library filters to make sure we didn't break backward compatibility. Plus I've just approved a beta press release. Expect the news next week." Wonderful news! :ff: Now we're talkin! :loveff: Ron

  • Automatic render and naming of various maps
... images... (take a peek at genetica, each map has a suggested name of 'FilterName+MapName') Or even better, something that lets you render and save all maps at one or two clicks... FilterNameVariantNumberMapName... or something to that efect. Or even batch rendering of filters. I'm more into using then making filters, this would save a LOT of time getting the tecture maps ready for use in 3D.

  • Creating a continuous waterfall loop ?
Author: Kraellin. vurt, i made a couple animations using my filter, but the best way is to use Sjeiti's batch renderer, found here: http://ffbatch.sjeiti.com/ we can only hope that FF, inc. will eventually incorporate something like this into the program :) the thread that finds sjeiti's renderer is here: http://www.filterforge.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=6133&MID=71482&sphrase_id=1056392#message71482

  • Batch GUI Tool for Windows
Author: SpaceRay. As I said above, is a great pity that this is not still available, but the good news is that there is an alternative for Windows version here FFEasyRender 2.0 - GUI based batch renderer for Windows for FF 9.0 (https://www.filterforge.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=15954) It is told that it works for earlier FF versions and not only FF 9

  • Batch GUI Tool for Windows
Author: Indigo Ray. Tested the new version out. It's got a node-based interface! Reminds me of this program...what's it called again... ;) 2 bugs / user errors (?) 1. I run the batch fine, but I still can't click on "create animated GIF" 2. I connect two filters in a linear chain, but it renders both the full chain and the output of the first filter only. I only wanted the full chain.

  • animation with sliders?
Author: Crapadilla. A batch renderer would definitely be a first step towards an even wider audience, and it shouldn't be too hard to bring to realization. We don't even need any fancy keyframe editing, since you can easily retime a linear animation sequence in your favorite compositing ...

  • Upcoming EULA changes, round 3
Author: Conniekat8. "jffe wrote: ----Well, as we both found out ha-ha, but yeah, for the sizes the pro's require, you best have at least a dualcore, at least, and some free time." Or chime in on the feature wishlist to support batch rendering of filters (I started a thread to that effect a while ago) If FF is interested in catering to the texture reselles market, that would be a rather invaluable feature! One could pick the patterns to render by day, and let them render by night....

  • Good job with v6
Author: paulcopeland. FFEasyRender for version 5 is the absolute best. To be able to batch render overnight was a life saver for me. Hopefully the author of the program will update to version 6. And I like AJ, would definitely donate for the new FFEasyRender if it is updated to run with Filter Forge Version 6. Best wishes to all the filter ...

  • batches for all
Author: CFandM. Great stuff Sjeiti..Closest thing to a Gui interface :D I did a quick batch animation using your app with a one control filter...It seen the name of the control and I made the filter real simple for quick rendering... I will have to try some other filters (more difficult ones) when I get a chance.. :D  :hammer: :loveff: http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/9784/testanima.gif

  • animation with sliders?
Author: John Michaud. Yeah Crapadilla and I are both proponents of the batch renderer, glad to see we have some gathering support. I don't remember Vlad ever discussing what the target audience was for this program, but i know this would be of great benefit to game artists. I would even venture that 3D animators and web designers ...

  • Opening multiple instances of Filterforge
Author: Kraellin. this is sounding good. i dont use a lot of batch processing, so, i'm pretty much a newbie here. could someone break this down as to how it would work in real world terms and what you could do with it? for instance, could it be set up to load a certain filter and then a certain preset and render and save and then increment one slider a certain amount, render and save and keep going like that or am i thinking in the wrong terms here?

  • Any way to animate a batch process of FF?
Author: earthbound. "You're almost there. Variation is stored per preset, not per filter." Argh! I so hoped that could be a global override in xml batch rendering. It doesn't look that way. Right now it looks like I have to create an entirely new and unique filter file simply to change the variation from e.g. 1 to any number up to 30,000.

  • Proper batch tools = instant FF4 upgrade
Author: SpaceRay. As there has not been any answer to my last post I repeat it again here Please, anyone else have tried to make batch render of images with actions in Photoshop? How do you do it? Do you have a better way than mine (shown the link above) that I do not like it much Thanks very much for your help

  • FFBatchMaster for Mac OS X
Author: Totte. Hello folks, Now you can configure and run batch renders with FilterForge on Mac OS X 10.5 or better. You can download it here: http://4eyes.code66.se/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/FFBatchMaster.zip it is < 700kB. It is still in beta, but I think I've polished away most of the bugs. Cheers, ...

  • batches for all
Author: Sjeiti. Good point, I've added it to the renderers title attribute (mouse hoover). I haven't actually tried batching V2 yet, should be interesting with the new components. -edit- Ohno that's not true... I forgot... did this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xorq3tZQTzw) of course. :!: Important notice: I've been cleaning my root :p and moved ffbatch to ...

  • Upcoming EULA changes, round 3
Author: jffe. "Conniekat8 wrote: Or chime in on the feature wishlist to support batch rendering of filters (I started a thread to that effect a while ago) " ----Yeah we all asked about that last fall or even back in the summer. I guess some of that kind of thing *might* make it into the next real update, because FF is otherwise ...

  • FFeasyrender "command line not found"
Author: FFCreator. If the cmd windows opens and closes very fast, it seems that the FF command line renderer find errors in the (by FFEasyRender) generated xml (batch render) file (FFEasyRender.xml) or that FF command line renderer (or the shell of FFEasyRender) has no sufficient rights to open / write files or or that the FF command line renderer can't find the specified files (filters and pictures). 11 Is the ...

  • Rendering multiple surface maps
Author: CorvusCroax. Yeah, me too. It's about as much work to set up the batch file as it is to just hit render, save 4 times. A wizard would add a lot to FF, for 3d users, IMHO. A lot of programs have a multi-pass render, where it just renders everything, or at least what you tell it to render. For example: Vue8 has a nice multi-pass render option: ...

  • Batch GUI Tool for Windows
Author: aba. Crowdfunding for batch-tool :) Hi, I would like to try to make a new version of my windows batch tool (windows only interface to FilterForge). Maybe without the possibility to stack filters but with more possibilities to render short "video's" as suggested by MrZun / Mascarponi or with a randomizer. No garanties, but if somebody has a FF 7 license for me I will give it a try.
