  • Proper batch tools = instant FF4 upgrade
... even is something is requested very much since long time ago, I asked some time ago a similar question like this with another topic, and said they could not do it for all the markets. "GMM What's the problem with doing this with the current batch renderer? " Because this is a mess and akward way to do it There is already English, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Irish and now FilterForgish as shown by GMM ;) :D well the right name would be XLMish Do you a have a Filtergorgish to English ...

  • Procedural experiments
Author: Skybase. Emme! It's been a while and it's awesome to see you continuing on with all this stuff. So I have a question: how are you batch-rendering animation stuff? I'm currently on a Windows machine... I realized my options for batch rendering are a bit limited.

  • Good job with v6
Author: paulcopeland. Hi FFCreator Have you updated your awesome program so that it will do batch Rendering in Windows 10 for Filter Forge version 7? I certainly hope, so as I am quite willing give a donation. Paul.

  • Batch rendering using photoshop actions.
Author: SpaceRay. Glad you found it useful The very good rhing would be that Filter Forge itself could have batch processing and rendering itself, but It has.been denied in the 4.0 and also seems that it will not be included in 5.0 either

  • Generate color, bump and diffuse maps automatic
Author: pafonk. Hello, I'm building currently a new texture library and it would be a great time saver if filter forge can render the additional maps automatic in some kind of batch processing. Peter.

  • Batch rendering and alpha transparency?
Author: primitivedesign. Grrr.. think hard :) Oh, I see it's a Mac application.. Wouldn't work for me, unless you can recommend a good Mac emulator on Windows, I'd be willing to give it a try. Anyone else used the built-in batch renderer with alpha transparency?

  • Generate color, bump and diffuse maps automatic
Author: GMM. Peter, that's more to the filter than to the batch script. The attached script renders a bump, a diffuse and a normal map from the attached filter. Make sure you've corrected the paths in task.xml before you run it.

  • Smear 3D
... or use a source image (or more than one)as source for the resolution or apply the filter to an image (or more than one. ) I recommend to have a minimum of 2000x2000 pixels to get a good quality. 5 - Go to "run batch" and click on execute batch 6 - And then go to FF and choose this filter and, replace each of the maps in the settings with the ones you have created here, and adjust lighting and settings as you want. " Examples for using these render maps with this Spherical Previewer 2 can be found here Examples of Spherical 3D Displacement Previewer by ThreeDee (http://www.filterforge.com/forum/read.php?PAGEN_1=1&FID=14&TID=10255&sphrase_id=1711380#nav_start) Although you are NOT forced ...

  • Proper batch tools = instant FF4 upgrade
... If you have Photoshop, you can batch process a folder with Photoshop actions. Record the filter into a Photoshop action and batch process a folder that way." well, this can be a good idea, using adobe bridge you can select an amount of images ... ... separate actions, other than that works fine. " YES, is true, you can ONLY use this with the last filter that has been Rendered (not just used) into photoshop and will use the same settings, so you must prepare Filter Forge previously with your ...

  • Simple Batch Rendering
Author: Crapadilla. Hey, I'd even be using some external hack if it saved me from having to setup and render each frame manually. FF is just too sweet in too many ways to not use it in animation. And there's nothing like hitting 'Batch Render' and calling it a night... :dgrin:

  • Please, how to batch render with command líne all presets of filter ?
Author: GMM. "einfach Alberto wrote: To my amazement it worked. It rendered 40 (20 original + 20 custom) presets without skipping." I'm surprised that it worked :) The recommended workflow is to create an editable copy (a custom filter) and specify it in the batch task.

  • 2.0 teaser?
Author: Vladimir Golovin. We're finishing the website preparations and running a batch render of all library filters to make sure we didn't break backward compatibility. Plus I've just approved a beta press release. Expect the news next week.

  • Will FF could support multi layers ( as photoshop)
Author: Morgantao. Do you mean something like a batch renderer that would render one filter after another, on the same image? If so, that feature or versions of it, have been requested many times before, and we all cross our fingers that it will be implemented sometime soon :)

  • I've been testing Ultraforge beta and what my wish in Ultraforge 1.0
... each other in the scene etc. Locksmith Sherman Oaks (https://g.co/kgs/8CJUVGz) If possible, Ultraforge should have own models because most civilai.com models cannot be used for commercial use." Ultraforge beta 1.0 simplifies installation but lacks batch rendering and detailed upscaling. Enhancements for usability and commercial usage are needed for competitive edge.

  • FFBatchMaster for Mac OS X
Author: totte. HI, looks like the slider function interpret that int slider as a float slider, the error is the batch render engine complaining about a bad slider value, I will look at it, might be something weird. Attached my spinner test filter.

  • Simple Batch Rendering
Author: rilos. I agree and want to push for a small batch rendering utility! It could be as simple as a list of filter names (numers) and preset value. Adittionaly output size shouldd be adjustable. that would be so great and cannot be very difficult, can it? Thanks!

  • Will FF could support multi layers ( as photoshop)
Author: Skybase. Oh right whatever then. Are you saying like... 1 filter = multiple layered outputs? Cause that's where it sounds like it's going. Oh and the other thing: it sounds mildly different from the original request. Sounds like a batch render thing honestly.

  • Filter Competition :)
Author: Crapadilla. "StevieJ wrote: I'm sure FF would come up with something challenging that you couldn't resist .....and is that free copies of FF on disc with everyone at FF autographing it???" Well, if it were a command-line batch render utility that supported keyframing... ;)

  • Batch Render!
Author: Torley. Yeah! I also wish I could sleep and Filter Forge would spit out all sorts of random combos. Esp. with the slower filters that take many minutes to render. I do like the batch renderer in Genetica, which gave me plenty of raw material to mess up when I awoke.

  • Randomizer - Pshop automation - use random variation
... though, iirc. there is a thread on it in the general discussion forum, i think." Nope: Don't want to use command line FF batching. Since it works via presets, it's not a big timesaver for me. Photoshop has very robust 'actions' which are like little ... ... and tedious things I don't want to do manually. You can run filters, or even other actions from it. However, FF will always render the 'base' variation, (variant 1, unless you've picked something else) or the last variant. It won't increment the variants....
