I was just curious about this because I uploaded 3 filters 7 days ago and they're still not up yet. The last filters I uploaded before took roughly 2 days 3 at most. This is the longest I've seen it take. I haven't received any emails either (approved or disapproved).
Filters get approved manually, and new submissions appear on the website when the approver is in the office.
As of now, all filters in the queue have been processed.
