Got this one pending... started it a while back.
It's not very good though.
Will do a bit more work on it when I get some time.

I should have tweaked it a bit before I submitted it.
I'll post an update as soon as I can.

Looks decent run through a v2 bomber...

nice ones, meye smile:) i'd take the reflection down a bit on the first olive one, though. they are very non-reflective in real life.

I've got some other lunch meats started... got some salami and ham...
I'll see what I can dig up. I've been wanting to change the bologna filter to a lunchmeat filter and include them all.

I know...
The bombed one is from the updated version... I think they look a bit better.
That was a filter I started over a year ago and never finished.
I added a couple controls, but didn't tweak the look before I submitted it.

Basically i was looking at some of the filters here and it gave me the idea to try animating the building of a sandwich using nothing but Filter Forge filters, i'm pretty close so far. Leaf lettuce would be good

Hey ron...
Thanks!

I'm still trying to decide whether to put the meats all in one filter.
I think it'll be easier and cleaner to have them in seperate filters, but I'm not sure yet what I'll do.
I've got a million things to do right now so I may not get this together right away.

Just wanted to add I really appreciate the filters you all make, i'm clueless as to how to make a filter, haven't messed with the program enough to even know where to begin, but I sure get a lot of use out of the ones you folks build and post. Just wanted to say thank you

I'm actually working on all those right now, so unless someone beats me to it I'll have them up as soon as I can. Look for an update to my bologna filter too. I'm having fun with these... they're not what I'm used to working on so it's good exercise.

A few Filter ideas:

More leaf textures
Tree Bark
Cactus and Palm Tree type textures. (Side of them, not the leaves)

You could definitely do that with a depth map. It would be not so hard, actually.

Were you thinking someting based on a photo? (That would be hard, b/c there would be no way to control the 'depth' of the carbonite texture.)

Not even sure is possible (maybe in 2.0? havent read about what's new in it):

"Texture Mixer". A filter that mixes 2 (or more) textures (of your choice) using different blending options and contrast settings. I often mix textures in Photoshop like that in PS, but it can be time consuming to go through different contrast and blending options until you find something that looks interesting. Just clicking a "generate" button would be so much more convenient.

Hi mkultra72; in FF right now there is only 1 external image to load, unfortunately. However, you can take parts of you image and recombine it. For example, feed FF an image with split into 4 parts. Top left is image A, top right is image B, bottom right is image C alpha, bottom right is image D alpha. FF scales them up, and can blend between them. (hope that makes sense)

Is there a filter that puts a lensflare on every bright area? If not i'll make a request smile;) It would be really nice to have for glowmaps! e.g turn down brightness, up the contrast and you only get the really bright parts of your picture/texture, then apply this filter smile:)

Also, CorvusCroax - thanks for the explanation.
