Add your own tags after download

Hi folks, just a suggestion that would be interesting:
FF would have a new tab "Tags" for the user, not keywords defined by creators. So, would have besides the tabs Presets | Settings | About, would have the tab "Tags" where the user would add your own tags for downloaded filter or existent one in the FF and it would be possible to be searchable by the "Serch filters:" input field. Also a right-click on the filter would have a selection "Add tag" and open a pop-up to add tags. Well something like that.

I don't know if it happens with some of you, but sometimes I download a filter from the library that has the name "ABC" and keywords "XYZ", but for me, the filter can look like something else or remind me another thing totally different that I would add a tag and be easier to find it in the future by adding a tag for the theme, object or another thing that this filter reminds me.
