Strange. Looks like temporary problems with your Internet connection. Does it reoccur?

Valery, please make sure you can connect to filterforge.net via the HTTPS protocol (443 TCP port). As a test, try to get to https://filterforge.net/ via your Internet browser (from the computer on which Filter Forge is installed).

Valery, the fact that you can establish a connection via HTTPS through your browser most probably means that the problem is local - it exists on your computer only.
Do you have Firewall? (By default, Win XP uses Windows Firewall.) If you have it, please check your firewall settings - make sure Filter Forge is allowed to access filterforge.net via HTTPS (443 TCP port). If you are having problems with configuring your firewall, you can contact us via the contact form at http://www.filterforge.com/contact/ |
