and I need to save all my filters because they took ages to download etc...

Is there a way of moving the filters to a separate drive until FF is reinstalled?

Thanks

Go to the location where you installed FF. There's a Resources folder, and in it a System folder.
Just copy back up the system folder somewhere safe. It contains all the filters you downloaded and the settings for FF.
For an easy way to find the Sysytem folser, right click on any filter in FF and choose Locate File. That will open the Library folder, which is inside the System folder.

Morgantao, I'm afraid you're wrong. If you install Filter Forge in C:\Program Files\ you won't find all the downloaded filters there.

zukan: you need to copy all the content in \Documents and Settings\Your_User_Name\Application Data\Filter Forge to another drive and transfer it back after reinstalling.
