Hey all,
Just bought Filter Forge 3.0 professional. Before this, was testing out the 30 day trial and it worked perfectly, used 90-100% of my Core i7 - 920 quad core processor. Now that I have registered my professional key, it only uses 13% of my processor. When clicking on the About... in the menu it says that it is indeed the Professional Version.
Now I checked to make sure that the option to use all CPU cores was on, which it is. However, when I go into Task Manager and check the affinity for the Filter Forge process, it is set on CPU 0 only.
Please Help.
Thanks.

This problem does not appear to occur on my laptop (Core i7 also). So I am a bit lost.

Not sure, but a combination of restarting and revo uninstaller, then of course re-installation, solved this problem for me. Very very strange, perhaps some registry file was corrupted?

Glad to hear it cleared itself up. Perhaps some orphaned or crashed task was monopolizing the other cores without doing anything visible.
Nice to know nothing needs to be diagnosed!
