Can't download filters within browser

Yes, you are right, you have deleted FF cookies that tells that FF is installed and that it allows to connect

But this is not really any problem, just click the link "Filter Forge Is Already Installed" on that error page and go back to the filter download page and retry to download the filter - this should help you.

Also if it appears a windows that tells you if you allow that FF could be opened say "yes"

There is another even better way to tell the browser that you have FF installed:

BEFORE downloading the filter you want, open the FF version you want the filter to be installed and keep it open, then go to download, and then so the browser will find that FF is already active.

And there is nothing bad in cleaning the cookies, is really very good, but you can PROTECT some cookies from being deleted when doing a cleaning. I am sorry I can´t explain here how to do it.

We don't support the 2.008 version anymore. You need to update to 2.011 to be able to download filters.
