I go this problem since yesterday. I got this message:
I am not sure why? My internet connection is ok.

Please make sure you can connect to filterforge.net via the HTTPS protocol (443 TCP port). As a test, try to get to https://filterforge.net/ via your browser (from the computer on which Filter Forge is installed).

I was able to get the link. All that is there is a page that says, "Hello" It throws off a security certificate error that the certificate is from an untrusted source.

I have this problems only days. At nights everything seems to work fine. I have no idea why sometimes I get message: server is out? Not it is working.

It just means that we use self-signed certificate which is not registered in any of well-known SSL registrators (like Comodo, Verisign, etc).

You may allow your browser to trust this certificate, it's safe. After this you'll be able to see the page content. It must be "HELLO". If you can see this greeting, you are able to download filters from the library.
Space... it seems to go on and on forever. But then you get to the end and a gorilla starts throwing barrels at you.
