-50% holiday sale; Wanting to upgrade since Friday

Put in an upgrade request, and it seems those are either handled manually or not working; My question is, I've been intending to upgrade my Basic edition to Professional for some time now (Manually making normals off an image has been tedious, and FF seems to output passable results for them), and I've put in several upgrade requests without any reply to e-mail since Friday; If the offer expires before I receive that reply, will I still be able to get my upgrade at the $100USD rate? Loved using Basic have been for almost two years, but it's time to spread my wings a bit; 2048^2 as an upper texture limit has been somewhat limiting in my renderwork.
