My computer: Asus X58c notebook, 1.5ghz(Celeron), 2gb ram memory, 256mb video, Windows XP pro SP3, with photoshop CS4 (middle eastern version, v11).

I've downloaded the trial version of FF from this site, and installed it.
At one point during the installation, it asked me to Select Components. In the list of components, there was just one option: standalone version.

Went on with the installation. Clicked finish.
Thought it will install it's self as a plugin. It didn't.

My question is: what do I do in order to have filter forge as a photoshop plugin?

It worked!
Thank you very much Carl.

Just one question though... why didn't Filter Forge see that I have Photoshop installed?

The reason I'm asking is this:
I've just tried to install onOne Genuine Fractals and I'm getting the same problem.
On genuine fractals it shows me a dialog box from which I have to indicate the path to ps cs4 folder. And even if I give it the direct path, it tells me that genuine fractals couldn't find Photoshop.exe in that directory(which is impossible, since I made sure it's there!).

This is the reason. Unfortunately your 'Plugins' folder in the Photoshop installation has a localized name, and our installer isn't able to detect this yet.

This couldn't be the reason.

My Photoshop.exe is located in here: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4.
My ps cs3 was installed in the same directory(except for the number, ofcourse).

On other notes, I'm buying this piece of software smile:love:
