Nope. As this is an
adjustment, 0 (zero) should have no effect.
Contrast is the amount the pixel values are distant from mid-grey.
If you increase the contrast then the values will tend to black or white. At +100% contrast you should have only black and white
(ok, maybe if something was exact mid-grey it would stay that way).
Conversely, at -100% there should be no distance from mid-grey.
