yes, the 'contact us' is the best way to reach them. and have you tried to reinstall using your cd/registration key (which you shld have put away in a nice safe place).

I wish it was only a move. two, maybe it was three weeks ago we woke up to find the house flooded with local sewage. The sewer lateral to our house backed up...

So, the first week the hazmat crew came in, tore out almost all of downstairs Kitchen, livingroom, diingroom, bath and a master bedroom, and office. Kids two rooms are upstairs. floors, caprets, bottom 2 feet of walls etc all torn out to studs and foundation slab... to desinfect and dry it out.

Two days ago, the reconstruction people started, and will build it all back up. They need another three or so weeks to put it all together.

So, for last few weeks, and few more weeks we're sleeping in a weekly rental two teenagers, two cats, a dog, my honey and me, and at home, it's bare bones stuff. My office right now literally only has a desk, computer and a chair in it. The rest of the downstairs is empty.

Thank god for homeowners insurance, they're picking up a tab for everything. But justthe logistics.. it's a pain.

And of course, murphy's law, this is the time one of the computers decided to start rebooting itself once per hour.... after some googling I found it's because of some glitch in BIOS, and that I need to upgrade bios. That seems to have wiped out the FF serial.

And one of my kitties had to have her tummy pumped out... and I'm still looking for a job, since the construction industry crapped out around here. I'd say I still have me my sanity, but I'm not so sure LOL.

No word from FF people yet *sniffle* I wish there was an account I could log into and get a copy of my serial. Lot of places have that nowdays - it's very handy.

Yeah, even though we're getting almost entire downstairs all new. Flooring and cbinetry and carpet... I wouldn't recommend doing it this way LOL

Still no answer from FF... darn, I really wanted to render out couple of textures and work on the texture for a 3D outfit I'm making.

and I found the serial too. Apparently I stuck my little black book in my briefcase and tossed it in the trunk of my car LOLOL
