I just upgraded to the newer version of FF to be able to download and use the newest filters. So I tried to open up FF and it said my 30-day trial has ended, and asked me to buy it. I do plan on buying this software in the near future, but if this is what I am going to have to expect, instability in this software.
All I did today was set up dual monitors, and installed ultra-mon, thats it. This really sucks. Dare I say I'm almost mad.

You know what, I think I know what happened. I had to pull the battery out of the motherboard to reset my CMOS earlier today, it put the date back to Jan 1 2006. This must have been what happened, but FF was the only software this happened to.
I wonder if fixing the windows date and time will fix the trial problems with FF

Well, all be... I just fixed the windows time and date, then re-installed it back to 27 days left in the trial.
As I always tell everyone else, "If there is a problem with your technology, its usually user error" I just reaffirmed it to myself, lol

Yes, the copy protection scheme used in Filter Forge doesn't permit tampering with the system date. Otherwise people would get an eternal fully-functional trial
