After installing the beta version, I opened it up on PS 7.0 and then an error pops out, "no disc in drive, please insert disc". Anyone encountered this? And also when I open it on PSP X, it says that the 30 day license has expired, I just installed it, how can that be? Anyone knows how to fix these?
Thanks.

Please send us (just reply here, or Email me using forum "Email" feature) the following information:
1. The value of your Temp environment variable (Start->Run, type "%Temp%", click OK and copy the contents of explorer's address bar)
2. The name of the disk which has "no disk in drive"
3. Does Filter Forge show the expiration message when run in stand-alone mode?
4. Did you use your beta key to register? If so, does it work?

1. C:\DOCUME~1\JOJOYO~1\LOCALS~1\Temp

2. It does not say which disc. When I click continue, it looks for key.

3. It says the expiration when on stand alone.
If it should be sent by e-mail after registering, then I did not recieved any. I just recieved a confimation, user ID, Account status: Active and log in.

4. I did not use any key to register. Where will I get it?

1. Looks OK

2. The "no disc in drive" error is fixed and the fix will be available in the next release (actually it's not an error, just a "feature" of one of the Microsoft's components, namely their Debug Helper Library).

3. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this expiration problem right now (we know the problem exists, but the origins of it are unknown), please wait to be approved as a beta tester -- then you will be provided with a registration key.

4. When you'll be approved as a beta tester, you'll get the key which will allow you to run the program until the end of the beta testing period.

It has been sent to the email you've used when registering as a beta tester. If you haven't received it, please contact our customer support at http://www.filterforge.com/contact/ and ask for a replacement key.

Don't forget to include a link to this thread into the request so that the support team can verify that you are a registered beta tester.

Thank you for the reply. I already sent an e-mail to the contact info and attached this link. I will wait for the next beta release where the no disc error has been fix. For now I will just have to go around the error message or the MS Debug.
