I've been using photoshop's CS3's beta (which they let you try for free) and have noticed a weirdness with the color picker controller.
That is:
1. I open an image in the PS-CS3-beta progam.
2. I decide to use a filter from FF.
3. In FF, I choose a filter that uses a color picker controller.
4. I open the color picker controller.
5. It seems every time I move the opened window of the color picker (i.e. the window where I'm picking the color), my monitor automatically switches back to my Photoshop display.
5a. If I left click my mouse, then I see the color picker window -- but with only the my PS display in the background (which is especially annoying since the reason I moved the color picker window was to see FF's background display better.)
5b. If I click "OK" or "Cancel" my monitor then reverts back to my FF display.

Meanwhile I do not have this problem in my PaintShopProX program (i.e. I can move the color picker window with the FF display remaining as it should in the background.)

Anyway, I just thought I'd mention this. (Maybe it's PS's fault -- especially since I'm using a beta version.) This is something I just recently noticed. (If it doesn't occur tomorrow or something, then I'll update my finds.)

This isn't the only oddity in CS3. The Z order of their internal windows is completely messed up, so FF displays itself incorrectly when called from CS3 as a plugin. We're working on this -- I hope the fix will be included in the next update.
