Version 13 - Frequent crashes Creating Filters

This is happening very frequently. Using FF Version 13 Pro, I submitted a bug report but not sure I was as clear as I could be reporting it so I am reporting it again here.
Computer specs: Windows 11 Home; Laptop with Core i9 13900HX; 64 gb memory; Geforce RTX 4070 Laptop
When: while in filter editor or Group/snippets
How: if I spread my filter modules apart -trying to organize them, it crashes; it crashes as I move around/scrolling fr om one part of the filter to another. Can your team make it to where there is a much larger area within the filter editor that I can spread out the modules? Do you think it has something to do with the "dont panic" feature? Couldn't you make a "center it" button/feature while in the filter editor? So this doesn't just happen as a result of getting lost in the filter editor.. finding the filter modules. I am focused right on the modules and then attempt to scroll down to fix another part of my filter and that is when it crashes. Example: My filter has an image and manipulation to the image; then other parts blended into it such as a frame, etc.. when I scroll over to the frame part or whatever, this is when it crashes.
This is also happening when I am editing a "group" or snippet in the filter editor - it gets lost out of bounds, then while trying to scroll around, trying to find my end point of the filter, it crashes. Do you think maybe there is a limit as to how "hefty" or complex the filter can be? I have found the group and create snippet feature really useful, but not if adding it is going to crash the filter over and over.

And after this is all said and done, after it crashes, it somehow disappears from wh ere I have bookmarked it within my favorites folders. So I have to add it back all over again

I reproduced the error again with this filter.. this time trying to unplug my "group snippet" from the filter. I don't know if you find this information useful, but the submit bug doesn't have a way to do screenshots. Also, I noticed this time, it happened when I was scrolling/zooming OUT within the filter editor space so I could see the filter better. If I stay zoomed in, it doesn't happen as much

Ok, I will attach it here, but it really is not a "submittable" filter I think....to the library
For 2 reasons and one is a question:
1) it is not in a place to be workable yet
2) it is a filter that is modified by other users and I was updating combining, experimenting and adding functions from these "other" filters via the group function to enhance it. The reason I did not upload it is that both of these received a reward and I was merely updating these for my own purposes..
This brings up the Question: Am I even allowed to add filters such as these to the library?
