Can't Connect to Server

Hi,
I'm getting an error message "can't connect to server." Please advise.

I'm allowing cookies. Have filterforge allowed to connect to the internet in the firewall rules. Still, nothing.

I have the same problem..
I copy setting from old pc's appdata roaming and using old filters.
