Filter Forge - Unable to download new filters from website

robert256 Beginner Posts: 2	OK I used to use version 4 of the program & you would preview filters on the website and simply click on "Open in Filter Forge" and the filter would load. Now I click on it in version 13 and nothing happens! Also I purchased the library manager and filter library but nothing has been sent... Thanks for any help on this, Rob

Rachel Duim So Called Tortured Artist Posts: 2498 Filters: 188	You need to fix the file association (in your browser) for the file type .ffxml (filter forge filter type). I would first try reinstalling the program to see if this fixes the problem. If not and you can't figure this out, I need to know the operating system and browser you use. You can also try another browser to see if it will download filters. I would contact support about the licenses for the library and manager. Math meets art meets psychedelia.
