Affinity 2.0.0 Filter Forge fails to launch

Just purchased the new Affinity version 2.0.0 suite and tried to use the Filter Forge plugin to no avail. I tried both Filter Forge 11 and the 12 beta. In both instances, the program gives the error in the screen cap. Any recommendations?

You get this when Filter Forge is not compatible with that version of whatever application you are installing it into. This is also the error you get with photoshop. I have made a video of how to fix this error in photoshop. So I would guess that if you find where the plug-in is installed in Affinity and change the needed config file then it would work. There is no guarantee since I do not have Affinity Photo to try it out and see if it does or not.
