Filter Forge - I Purchased Software That Does NOT Work!

HikeThePlanets Hike The Planets Posts: 4	I'm seeing other posts on the forum that are similar to mine. They bought the product, it doesn't show up in PS and customer support does not respond to them. I'm out money and I can't use Filter Forge with PS or get customer support to provide any help. Is anyone else having this same issue?

HikeThePlanets Hike The Planets Posts: 4	Okay, I found a solution of my own. For everyone else having this issue, if you own a previous copy install it along side FF7. Then the FF plugin shows up and gives you a choice between the old and new one in the menu. To clarify, I installed FF 4.0 AND FF 7.0. The new one won't show up on it's own but the old one will so together they both show up in the menu now. This is back-asswards but, hey, it works. And that's more than I can say for their "customer service" department.
