Came accross this bug today in FF6 and tested it in FF7 as well....Seems that this bug pops up when deleting a filter from the "My Filters" list....To make it appear have only two filters in your folder....The test filter and another filter to delete....To make the bug appear make sure that the filter you are deleting is below the test filter...If that filter is above the test filter it will not produce the bug.....
Here is the test filter which is a simple filter for FF7.....

You can also change the name of the test filter to something else and as long as this test filter follows the same rules as above then the bug appears.......Sent a bug report as well.....

Here is the FF6 version in case anyone wants to check it....I am using Win7 64bit...

UPDATE......Went to file a Report and found that another error message pops up and FF just quits without bringing up the bug reporter....This happens on FF7 and FF6....This is the message after clicking to generate a bug report.....

Thank you for you detailed report, as always!

Seems that only registered versions are affected, while trial versions work correctly. Extremely weird.
