Canvas Stuck Floating above Windows

Hi !

I have had this issue for as long as I can remember and it happens with FF and now a new Filter I have just purchased

When I launch a filter from inside PS (CS6) the canvas I have open in Photoshop remains visible and floats above the UI of Filter Forge. I cannot move it or close it down or minimise it. If I try to interact with it, I just get the time wheel.

I can move windows from behind it such as my web browser and kind of work around it but depending on what I am doing, it can get in the way and prevents visibility.

As such, I have just been launching FF as a stand alone product.

I dont know who to ask, Adobe will undoubtedly ignore me

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, do you know how to resolve it?
