"Filter Forge is running - click here to switch"

I just got Photoshop CC recently, so of course I had to get Filter Forge moved over. I had first tried creating a Filters folder in the Plug-Ins folder, and copying over the folder from my old version of Photoshop. That didn't seem to work, so I just did a redownload to see if that would fix it. Filter Forge now shows in CC, but every time I try to open it, I keep getting a little pop up with the message "Filter Forge is running - click here to switch" Is there anything I can do to fix this? I'm wondering if I somehow created the problem by copying over my old files.

You can´t use Filter Forge stand alone version AND the photoshop plug-in version at the SAME TIME

Have you checked that you are NOT running filter forge OUTSIDE of photoshop?

This only happens when FF is already running either as stand alone or as photoshop plugin and there is no relation to the files you may have installed

This box usually shows up for a couple of seconds while Filter Forge is warming up. Please wait a bit (not clicking anywhere), and the FF interface should appear.
