I recently purchase FForge 4 and also purchased the filter library. The email came with instructions to install on XP and Windows 7. The email stated that with Windows 7, I should install it in C:\Users\Your_User_Name\AppData\Roaming. However on Windows 8, I do not have this folder. Any help would be appreciated..
Thanks,
tim

You do have this folder on Win8, though it may be hidden. Please open Explorer and type the following in the address bar: %APPDATA%
Your AppData\Roaming folder will open – copy 'Filter Forge 4' from the backup file to here.

Currently in the process of totally reinstalling everything on my computer. Fun. This time I'm just letting Windows install everything where it wants. Now if I could only recover my FF license key I'll be golden. smile:)
