FF Filter not appearing on Photoshop

Hello,

after installing the FF 4.0 trial I added the serial key which FF did take and works, however the Filter doeesnt appear on Photoshop CS6.

I am running Windows 7 64 Bit, I did try to reinstall,uninstall and reinstall again even restarted the PC.

Help is appreciated ty

Ps: I have contacted the support team as well, no answer yet

yes it actually does what I have seen so far.

just received a message from support:

Does Filter Forge work correctly for you in the standalone mode? If yes, you can install the plugin manually:

- Create a folder named "Filter Forge 4" in the Plug-Ins\Filters folder of your PS CS6;
- Copy all the files from here "C:\Program Files (x86)\Filter Forge 4\Plugin\x64" into the folder you created.
- Run Photoshop -- Filter Forge should be there in the filter list


Filter Forge appears now in the list, going to give it a try.

Ok tested.....


Filter appears on Photoshop but it doesn't run the application I get a bug report to send.

Contacted support, waiting for a solution.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Ok support contacted me again, and ask me to change a value in the config file which was false to true, and now all works smile:)
