Yes, we first noticed this when we worked on Checker -- we added extra code to address this problem. Unfortunately, this fix can't be applied to a group of components, it can work only within a single component. Most likely, we won't be able to fix this.

All I can recommend is Anti-Aliasing with 25 samples or higher.

I figured out an easy workaround. All you need to do is make the white of the middle gradient 99.999 instead of 100.

Or you can offset one of the gradients by a very small amount before the Threshold.
