Seen this bug before and it has to do with the transparency of an image...I will submit a bug report as well..In the meantime here is the dialog and the means to
reproduce this error......  Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

Took me a minute to get the bug down to the basic filters that caused the crash...Here is the first filter that needs to go into the "My Filters" folder....Once you put this there open FF to make sure its the lifesaver with transparent background...Before completely quitting FF make sure this filter is selected.....

Then this second filter I put on my desktop....Make sure FF is still closed otherwise this may not work......This filter that is on the desktop just double-click on it to open FF.....It should open and look as if its working but then crash with the above dialog......

One thing to note is if FF does not crash then use the X to quit FF....This is another point at which FF will crash.....

We've reproduced the issue. How can I thank you for that?
 Our tester tried to reproduce it previously and couldn't. Now it should be fixed in the next program update.
What is your methodology to narrow down these issues? You should write a book or at least a post on finding bugs |

Hmm....When I get a chance I will put up a text about the methodology used...Might be a long read so I will put it in pdf form like I did with the "Creating Shapes" text... Maybe some of my bug photos will come in handy.. Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |
