You already know that I had problems with the filter submission, well I have now tested that the problem seems to be with my account
CAN´T SUBMIT ANY FILTER WITH MY OWN ACCOUNT I have tried to send two totally NEW different filters (without any relation with the stripes filters) and I could NOT submit them as after all the rendering of the 9 thumbnail process I click on "submit to queue" and it told me that it could not contact the submit server, please try later. So as I do not think that the server may be down or wrong I made a new account BUT IT WORKS WELL WITH A NEW ACCOUNT I have just made a new account and tried to submit again the same filter and surprisingly all was fine and did not have any problema to contact with the server at the end and it was succesfull so it seems that maybe the submit server has some kind of problem with my account As you can see on the left, this is a new account and with this one it works right as said |

SpaceRay, you can submit this filter from your main account again. It won't be approved (as a duplicate) but you'll see that submission itself works correctly.

Are you sure that it works now?
How was posible then that when I tried with my account it did not work, and when using the new account there was no problem? Will try to submit with my original account later again |

STILL DOES NOT WORK
Sorry but maybe I can see that submission works correctly in my dreams or in an alternative paralel universe where reality is different I have already tried to submit two NEW different filters and I always get the same error message after the submit wizard have ended rendering the 9 thumbnails I also tried to submit an update to the Color Square filters and does not work either. And surely if I try to submit the filters with my new account it will work perfectly I have also just discovered another thing that I have put in this other thread WHY there are TWO stripes filter in my filter account when I have one? |

My apologies, SpaceRay, could you please submit it once again from your main account? Unfortunately our server log was deleted yesterday so we can't track your particular error. Sorry for having you do the same thing three times...

Well, the Color square filter and one of the new filters was submitted just only around 2 or 3 hours ago But I will submit it again! Should I submit only NON related stripes filters and only NEW filters and any update that is not related to stripes? Thanks |

Yes, the stripes issue is a completely different one. Let's focus on the account issue first.

SpaceRay, I've just noticed you've got 5 HU points. Why don't you order the lifetime license (which includes the latest 4.0) and ditch the outdated copy of Filter Forge 3?
Frankly, the devs are not very eager to fix issues in the outdated version. |

WOW!!! This is the best news I had!! I have been waiting since the release of FF 4.0 until I could have the 5 HU points as I had 4, and when finished the trial ogf my FF 4.0 I had to go to the office of a friend and use there the computer with FF 4.0, and there was ONLY 4 days left!! and of course I could not use FF 4.0 much, very little.
YES!!!! finally after so much time I have been able to claim my rewards for all the work of the filters, and have got the lifetime license!!!! I wanted to ditch the FF 3.0 but I could not do it until I could had the 5 points, so now I have already claimed it. So, now I wil be able to use FF 4.0 to submit the filters and do not keep having all the problems with the submit server, and will not bother you anymore with this server problems. Thanks very much for all the help you have done and thanks for the great news of the 5 HU points and thanks to the FF team for giving the reward points. |
