Filter Forge - Reinstall ever new filter

Kimber Kimber Posts: 15	Every time I open forge and then come here to get a new filter, I have to reinstall the software. It tells me I need to update the newest version which I've done several times over the last few weeks. Kimberly

SpaceRay SpaceRay Posts: 12298 Filters: 35	What version do you have is it 3.0.15 or is the new 4.0.8? Are you trying to use 4.0 filters on 3.0 version? When the software asks you to update what is the message? Is it "You need a newer version of Filter Forge. Go to download page?" Then if you agree to go to the download page, what happens? Have you tried to update filter forge from inside of the software? I mean to go to the menu Tools --> Updates Maybe this other thread could help also Please, change the "You need a newer version of Filter Forge" message
