I am up to date version 3.015. I've tried a couple of times and no luck. Any ideas? Thanks. |

No problems with you. Maybe the server is slow because busy. This happens to me and to others members in the past. As said, try again and you will be able to upload your filter one of these hours.

Sorry for your problem. You will have to try and try and... Maybe tomorrow will be ok. Anyway, they do not insert filters during the weekend.

I tried two submissions. One is a new filter and one is an update. The filters go thru the whole process, render, etc. then at the end I click to submit then I get the message. This has never happened to me before.

This is what is weird, because maybe I think that if the server had any problem, probably you would not be able to connect to it for beginning the submission, but for you it happens at the end of the submit process. As suggested by Ghislaine, I think that you try again today, and if not possible either, try tomorrow, and if not possible again, you can contact to customer support as they will be available tomorrow monday |

I would try a different connection like public wifi or a thumb drive on a friends system. If it works then you would know the probs on your end. If it still does not work then it's probably FF servers probs

Since I upgraded to 3.015, I can't upload filters either. I keep trying, and have been for a week. Like Sneath, it goes through all the dances of getting it to the place where it's going to submit, then I get the same error message. I just tried again today, and yeah, nothing.

I am able to submit filters again as of Tuesday 12/17/2013. I didn't do anything it just started working again today.

I have been trying to submit one filter since Sunday, it will make all the process with the submit wizard and then at the end when you have to add your filter to the submit queue I always get this message
"Submission failed. Connection error. Reason:'submit_filter()failed.' Please try again later." I have tried at least 20 times already, the last time a few minutes ago. I am using the latest version 3.015 As it seems that it is solved and fixed by waiting until it works I will keep trying |

Well, I have good news as I have been able finally to submit the filter update now, I tried yesterday night and did not work, and this morning did not work either, but I have just tested it and it did work ![]() What I still do not understand is how is possible that you can connect twice to the submit server through the submit wizard and it works right, but when completing the submit process sending the filter it does not work ![]() |
