I am using Windows 7 professional.
Metallic Emboss, by Persidio, does not work properly on my machine. The image that I see on the metallic emboss window is much sharper and brighter and of higher quality than the final image in Photoshop. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks! ffatha |

If you want that we can help you, I think you should give more information
You could upload a screenshot of what you are looking the preview window that is sharp, and then another screenshot of what is the final result you get. Also would be needed to know what version of filter forge are you using? Also to be able to know if you are doing something wrong or not, would be good to know WHAT are you doing, I mean what steps are you making from start until you get the final image. Have you changed the default settings of Filter Forge? You are refering to this filter Metallic Emboss by Persidio |

Did you set your preview window to view the image full size? FF reduces the size (pixel dimensions) of the image in the preview window for faster rendering. With some filter effects, the difference between what it looks like applied to the reduced-size preview image and what it looks like applied to the full-size image can be very noticable.
