These screenshots are of the exact same filter with no changes made other than exiting and re-opening the software in the second version.
This may not seem like a big deal but this bug totally messes up my latest "illumination" filter.  |

True, this was a bug which manifested itself as a loss of precision when saving the xml. It is fixed now. Thanks for letting us know

I'm guessing that the behaviour in my image below falls in the same category? Seems like the two brightness components are consolidating their operations in the top row but not in the bottom row. The behaviour observed in the bottom row only seems to happen for values of exactly -100 and 100 respectively.

No, it seems to be a different thing. Rather, it is connected to this issue: http://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...8&TID=1136 We are working on it. |

If everything goes as planned, the next update will be the final commercial version. It's evident now that we won't manage to release it "later this fall", as initially stated, so, most likely, The Big Release will be in December or early next year. |
