license key not working

Your screenshot shows you're using a version for Win8. Please make sure your key is compatible with this version.

thoughtstorms_com, download Filter Forge here and install it (you can install it without removing your previous version).

Then insert your license key and name.

It should work fine.

Kipp, what OS and version of Filter Forge do you use? Do you use trial version of Filter Forge or a licensed one?

Having the exact same problem here, Although I bought the full v3 Standard Windows product version. I have the online ordering invoice in front of me I entered the exact details as layed out in the order and yet still get the Invalid License name. I suspect it's something to do with the update. Will also send a message to the Support team with my details.

I am no using windows 8 and I am sure my screenshot does not tell anythign about my OS. Thanks for concern I bought updates with next 5 points.

And I am not planning to disclose my license publically as It is a piracy act. none of my screenshots disclose any such information and if the message wasnt meant for me. Please ignore hte last part of this message.

i tried that first before making this post. But it didnt work. I got my updates but might be case with others. I suggest a light on the case as I can see other users having similar issues
