I can't download any filters .... hangs for ages then the attached message comes up smile:(

Alas, three days later it is not working... again. Same reason "Initial data download failed. Reason: 'get_families_versions_list() failed.'."...

I really like filter forge... I just upgraded to 3 (like 10 minutes ago)...

I REALLY HATE THESE SERVER PROBLEMS!

The last time I got this message it went on for two days...

Grrrrrrrrr! Not happy.

I have used 2 different servers. With one, I even had to give a permission and the download still fails . . gives the exact same message as shown above. Did anyone ever come up with a solution to this? Could Filter Forge not make the filters available in a different way? I purchased 2 Pro and every time I went to download filters I was told I had to upgrade .. at the time, there was no upgrade!!!??? .. now, I pay for the upgrade to 3 Pro and can't get the filters .. Grrrrr, not happy either! LOL! ... can anyone tell me if there is a "fix" for this problem?

My problem was only temporary - worked again the following day and has done since
