Altered Preset/Variation Pics

Good morning smile:) I was wondering if there was a way to keep the website from automatically tiling preset/variation pics on filters that are not intended to be tiled? I re-submitted my "AbstractWorx1" and the website tiling destroyed almost all the preset/variation pics. The pics are right when you download the filter, but misrepresented and misleading on the website....

I am concerned about this because I have been working on a series of abstracting filters....

Nope!

Part of the FF mantra is that every filter tiles whether you want it to or not. That's why they change the website presets and that's why they're reluctant to add new components that don't create seamless tiles.

If it were up to me they'd embrace the non-tilers as well. We're not that weird. :afro:

PS.... I'm still chuckling over your comeback in the "WOW!!!!" post....where they were raving about FF's abilities and you replied....

non-tilers unite! no more tiles! no more tiles! no more... ok, maybe some tiles. solidarity, brothers! down with the man! down with the tiles! lol.

hehe, i have to constantly remind myself, being part of the tile-less minority, that FF's original vision was one of textures and texture generation. slowly, my brothers, we shall ween vladimir away from the evil tiles and bring freedom to all! smile:D smile:dgrin: smile:ff:
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

LOL.... Where do I sign up, brother smile:) I didn't know Vladimir was one of "them"....LOL.... smile:)

Fire bad!!! Tiling good!!! smile:) .....but totally unnecessary and limitting to tile format the lead presets on the website. Tiling presets should be secondary and separate to the actual filter presets. It doesn't make any business sense at all for FF to shut out stand-alone filters and limit their market in any way. An "all tilable" motif certainly should not outweigh diversity.....
