The profile behaviour in the Free Gradient is somewhat strange. Is it supposed to work this way?

The bevel of the ellipse is background (outside) to color (inside).
The curve of the free gradient is color 1 (inside) to color 2 (outside). Both make sense individually, but you're right, the inconsistency is a little annoying. |
