Hello There

I'm trying to download filters this morning and am getting this error constantly...

'Unable to connect to sever, make sure you are connected to the internet'

Can somebody tell me whether or not they are getting the same error ?

Everything seems to works ok on our side. It may have been the server daily backup. Does the problem occur again, after several hours?

Error I'm getting is:

Initial data download failed. Reason: 'get_families_versions_list() failed

I have downloaded the version 2 beta, and am getting the same error with it.

Please check your connection settings under Tools > Options > Online.
