PLEASE, I AM WITHOUT FORCES TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

I, tried all the reinstallation forms so that my FF, functions correctly, to put did not get success in none, not accepted it updates, and when accepted deleta my code of validation, I am without knowing more as to proceed, already deletei all mine anti viruses, that could be blocking, ties the moment no positive result, somebody could help, informing what this me occurring ? Sera that my Seen Windows , not accepted this software ? previously it was well in windowx XP, I changed to mine notebook… will be this the problem?

My to filter forge is version 1.109, I effected update, 1,018, after this update, not accepted plus my register code. ?? I delete all , I do not have it more in my PC… I think about reinstalls it in security way, you it informs me if and possible ::? I thank you MM, For its good intention in helping me okay?

It was impossible to insert the annex therefore sending to it it message… I in writing tried to make download manually, to put it aborts the register code….
