This one sounds pretty simple. I work on most of the filters as Admin...
Then I copy the files to a user account I have for Internet business.
The submitting is done through this account and therefor the wizard works ok
with the login name and password.
However, if you build in Admin... and run the wizard to check for connection errors it will throw an exception, looking for the user name and password which is not there.
Makes sense, so what would be a quick work around other than, which I have been doing so far, making a copy of the filter and checking it in the internet account
on the same machine and fixing any issues under this user account.
Then coping it back to the Administrator account to work with it there.
By the way the internet account is very restricted in what the user can and cannot
do so this would answer any questions about why not just build it in the internet
user account in the first place.

Could you please provide the text of the exception message or, better still, a screenshot?

Silva, I've assigned this to the developers, they'll look into it.
